Vendors are at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market (315 Detroit Street) from now through 3 p.m. with fresh and healthy local fruits, vegetables, artisan goods and much much more. Don't forget we also have our new Wednesday Evening Farmers Market in the same location from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. tonight. Veterans Memorial Indoor Ice Arena opens Monday
Veterans Memorial Indoor Ice Arena (2150 Jackson Road) opens on Monday, Sept. 19 for the season. We offer instructional skating lessons for all skill levels, beginning hockey skills, masters and women's leagues, open skating, rental opportunities, themed skate nights and more. Registration is now open for the first session of instructional skating and beginning hockey skills classes (Sept. 26 to Nov. 5). Mack Indoor Pool is now open
The first session of swim lessons for the fall at Mack Indoor Pool begins Saturday, Oct. 1 to Saturday, Nov. 19. We offer American Red Cross swim lessons for parent/child to adult (13 and older). Mack is located at 715 Brooks Street connected to Ann Arbor Open School. Our facility offers rental opportunities for parties, masters swimming, tot splash, a new Fast and Fun swim program for kids ages 7-12 and lap and public swim times.
