Beginning this Weekend! Free Ice Fishing This Week!

Interested in trying ice fishing for the first time? Has it been a while since you have set a trap? Free Fishing License Week is February 13-21, 2021. Any person (except those whose license has been suspended or revoked) who registers with the Department may fish without a license. All other laws and regulations apply on these days. Nonresidents and residents may participate.

If you plan to participate in the Free Fishing License Week you can register online at mefishwildlife.com/icefishing

Ages 15 and younger do not need to register.
