We are consistently seeking out opportunities to communicate about the coming Lifespan Waiver, which is currently in the middle of its comment period. Next Friday, May 8, we'll host a webinar that offers an overview for those who are either just starting to learn about Lifespan or who still might have questions.

SIS Update: The SIS-A assessment volume is accelerating, focusing on Section 21 participants in group homes. Group home agency providers are coordinating with Maximus to get assessments completed prior to rate adoption.

We encourage case management and provider teams to discuss the importance of the SIS-A with waiver participants and families so that everyone will be ready to commit to a time and location when Maximus calls. Of course, you can reach out to Maximus to schedule a call any time (see Maximus info below).

Important! Getting a Supports Intensity Scale for Adults (SIS-A) assessment now will ensure a smooth rollout when rates for Sections 21, 29, and Lifespan are implemented. Everyone in group home settings must be assessed before the rollout and the launch of Lifespan. If you have not yet done this, schedule a SIS-A with Maximus at:
