Docket for Schools will be required for all school nurses starting this upcoming 2025-26 school year rather than December 2025 as previously stated.

The Maine Immunization Program is excited to announce the official rollout of the Docket for Schools application!
This new tool is designed to support school nurses by providing quick and easy access to student immunization records and compliance status. With Docket for Schools, identifying immunization gaps and ensuring compliance will be more efficient and streamlined than ever.
Please note: Use of Docket for Schools will be required for all school nurses starting this upcoming 2025-26 school year.
In the coming weeks, you will receive an email from Docket for Schools with a secure link to log into your school’s account. With this link, the school admin will be asked to invite the school nurse to Docket for Schools. We will also be hosting several demo sessions throughout the summer to help you become familiar with the system and its features. Please click this link to download a copy of the Docket Roster that you will need to use to upload your student population.

You're invited to join us every other Wednesday throughout the summer from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a demo and assistance session focused on the Docket for Schools Module.
