Final call - Maine Landowner Survey

Hello,

You received an announcement about Maine’s Native Ash Trees and the Emerald Ash Borer - Landowner Survey. We would like to thank everyone who has completed the survey. If you have not taken the survey, this is a reminder to consider participating. This anonymous survey is being conducted by Dr. John Daigle and graduate students Tyler Everett and Emily Francis in the School of Forest Resources at the University of Maine. The purpose of this study is to understand landowners’ perceptions of emerald ash borer (EAB) and the management approaches that can be used to address this forest health issue. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in the survey.

Regardless of the amount of ash you have on your land, this survey will provide us with insight in how considerations of ash and EAB are being made by owners of Maine land. Your responses are vital to understand landowner involvement in addressing EAB and future management of Maine land. Therefore, if you have started, but not finished the survey, we request that you complete the survey. If you are taking the survey on the same computer you started it on, your progress should be saved and allow you to continue.

We hope you will take the time to finish sharing your thoughts and experiences with us. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Thank you in advance for your time, Dr. John Daigle and Graduate Students Tyler Everett and Emily Francis
