We want the public to attend and participate in our meetings. We want to hear about your ideas, struggles, praise, feedback, and even your criticism, because that’s what a healthy democracy looks like. But everyone who is a part of our meetings – Council Members, staff, and the public – will be respectful and follow the rules of procedure.” – Council Chair Jolene Ivey
