Annual MLK Day Feed the Community Drive

For all of our neighbors in need, we are hosting three drive-thru food giveaways, one in North,
Central, and South County, at the following times and locations:

Starting at 10AM, the first location is Beltway Plaza Mall,
6000 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD, rear parking lot by the AMC theater.

Starting at 12:30 PM, the second location is
Bishop McNamara High School, 6800 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD

Starting at 2:30 PM, the third location is
Olde Towne Inn Restaurant, 14745 Main Street, Upper Marlboro, MD.

Each event will last until supplies run out! So please be early!

2^nd Round of Covid-19 Restaurant Resiliency Fund Assistance

Prince George’s County has announced an additional appropriation of $3.3 million to assist restaurants and food service establishments that have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 crisis. The Restaurant Resiliency Fund will provide grants up to $25,000 to Prince George’s County-based restaurants and food establishments to promote long-term sustainability and resiliency of business operations, support COVID-19 safety measures, and support businesses operating at reduced capacity. Applications will be accepted between January 6, 2021 and January 22, 2021. This funding is for restaurants that did not receive funding in the 2020 round of funding for the Restaurant Resiliency Fund.
