If you have not already done so, there is still time for Family Child Care Providers to pre-register for a COVID-19 vaccination . A survey for Centers to pre-register for the vaccine will reopen at another time.
The link provided below provides updates on vaccine distribution along with the pre-registration form for Family Child Care Providers that have not already submitted a survey to get the vaccine.
