For many years, the Port of Baltimore's Quality Cargo Handling Action Team (QCHAT) has allowed for open communication and collaboration with our valued supply chain partners and stakeholders with the goal of providing the very best cargo handling services for our customers.

In an effort to continue adapting to global trade changes, the Maryland Port Administration and QCHAT leadership are evaluating different opportunities to improve QCHAT's overall value and ensure it continues to meet all of our needs.
