From Ports America Chesapeake:

The Seagirt Marine Terminal main gate and New Vail Street gate will be open on Tuesday, March 17, Thomas W. Gleason’s birthday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Ports America Chesapeake operations at Dundalk Marine Terminal will be closed.
