Dear Subscriber,

The U.S. Coast Guard will need to close the Fort McHenry Federal Channel and establish a safety zone on Thursday, August 28 from 7:30 am until 3 pm to allow for the continued recovery of a hatch cover from the W-Sapphire incident on August 18. We will provide an update as soon as the channel has been reopened.
