From U.S. Coast Guard Sector Virginia:

Setting of Port Condition:
Return to Normal Port Status At 10 p.m., Saturday, September 23, the Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) Virginia will reopen the port without restrictions.

While vessel traffic is permitted to resume on the waterways, mariners are advised to continue
monitoring the latest forecasts from the National Weather Service as winds will persist throughout the evening.

Please report any observed navigational hazards or aids to navigation discrepancies to the Sector
Virginia Command Center at (757) 483-8567.
