The Maryland Port Administration (MPA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) encourages TWIC applicants to plan ahead when renewing a TWIC card. Applicants should apply at least 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration date printed on your card to ensure timely delivery through the mail and/or pick-up from an enrollment center.
When you receive or pick up your new TWIC, MPA Terminal ID Badge holders (facility employees, ILA members and contractors) must enroll their new TWIC card at the MPA Access Control Center located at 2200 Broening Highway, Suite 205 weekdays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
