Yesterday WJZ-TV in Baltimore aired a great story https://cbsloc.al/3LkmszK that explained why the Port of Baltimore is not experiencing the supply chain issues that are plaguing other U.S. ports. This is the best port in the nation and the reason is because of our incredible supply chain. Our great truckers, highly skilled ILA labor force led by Scott Cowan, rail, tugs, pilots, and freight forwarders are second to none. We also have an efficient and productive distribution center network that is the envy of other ports. Our great partners at Ports America Chesapeake are putting $166 million into the Seagirt Marine Terminal to upgrade infrastructure, increase equipment, and improve technology. You are the reason why Baltimore is the best and I want to thank you again for what you do. Please keep up the great work and be safe.
