Ride On Bus Service Change to Route 41 Begins Sunday, September 7, 2025
The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will adjust the Ride On Route 41 service schedule on Sunday, September 7, to improve on-time performance and service. The new schedule is available at rideonbus.com and will be available in print the week of August 11. This service change comes just over two months after the June 29 large-scale service changes to numerous routes. This smaller change is necessary to improve service reliability on Route 41.
The County has also implemented a zero-fare policy, that went into effect on Sunday, June 29 for all Ride On, Ride On extRa, Ride On Flex and Flash buses. The zero-fare policy reduces barriers to public transportation access for many residents.
