UPDATE: Ride On Detours Due to Purple Line Construction at Wayne Avenue and Manchester Road in Silver Spring Impact Ride On Routes 12, 13, and 19

Due to Purple Line construction at Wayne Avenue and Manchester Road, which began Wednesday, June 18, Ride On Routes 12, 13, and 19 are being detoured. These detours will be in effect until the street closure is lifted, around the end of August 2025. Details of the detours can be found below.

Note: Dashed lines represent original routes and solid lines represent detours.

Route 12 to Takoma Station:

From Wayne Avenue, make a right turn onto Sligo Creek Parkway, left turn onto Piney Branch Road, right turn onto Flower Avenue, and back on route.

Route 12 to Takoma Station via Three Oaks:

From Wayne Avenue and Sligo Creek Parkway, left onto Sligo Creek Parkway, right onto Three Oaks Drive, right into Parkside, left onto Manchester Road, right onto Schuyler Road, left onto Sligo Creek Parkway, left onto Piney Branch, right onto Flower Avenue, back on route.
