Ride On to Provide Free Shuttles for Friendship Picnic on Sunday, September 15

The 10th annual Montgomery County "Friendship Picnic" will again bring people of many cultures and faiths together to celebrate the diversity of the County. The free picnic, whose goal is to enable people to make new friends and to build a stronger community, will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, at Wheaton Regional Park, located at 2000 Shorefield Road in Wheaton.

Ride On will provide two free shuttles with 15 minute frequency to and from the park from the locations listed below. Shuttles will begin running at 11 a.m. and will run until 5:30 p.m.

Wheaton Ice Rink and Athletic Fields: 11717 Orebaugh Avenue, Wheaton
Glenallan Elementary School: 12520 Heurich Road
