Montgomery County was recently selected by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to host two EV charging stations as part of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program.
Francis Energy, an Oklahoma-based EV charging installer and operator, was selected by the State to install and operate EV fast charging stations at two County locations:
- Colesville Park & Ride - 13504 New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring
- Montgomery County Parking Lot 12 - 1920 Seminary Rd. in Silver Spring
