Disparity Study: Participants Needed

Montgomery County has commissioned MGT Consulting Group to conduct a Disparity Study. The overall purpose of the Study is to determine whether there is racial and/or gender business discrimination in the markets in which the County does business – both public and private sectors. This study focuses on women-owned, minority-owned and disabled -owned businesses who conduct business within the County.

You are invited to help MGT understand your experiences doing business or attempting to do business with Montgomery County.

Minority, Female and Disabled (MFD) Program

To be considered for participation in the MFD subcontracting program, a firm must be certified by one of the five agencies:

Wage Requirements Law Update

The current Wage Requirements Law rate is $17.05 per hour through June 30, 2024.

The new Wage Requirements Law rate that will be in effect July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 is $17.60 per hour.
