Montgomery County has commissioned MGT Consulting Group to conduct a Disparity Study. The overall purpose of the Study is to determine whether there is racial and/or gender business discrimination in the markets in which the County does business – both public and private sectors. This study focuses on women-owned, minority-owned and disabled -owned businesses who conduct business within the County.
You are invited to help MGT understand your experiences doing business or attempting to do business with Montgomery County.

Certain Montgomery County properties are eligible to be developed for Electric Vehicle charging under contracts issued by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program. MDOT has issued a request for proposals (RFP) due April 10, 2024. Montgomery County will initiate a land disposition process to make these properties available to lease to vendors that are selected by MDOT. See the “Notice of Intent” for more information and a list of eligible properties. More information can also be found here.
This RFP is NOT issued by Montgomery County Procurement. Please direct all questions to the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).
