To date, 63% of buildings covered by the benchmarking law have been reported to DEP or have filed extension requests, by Group:
- County: 100%
- Group 1: 84%
- Group 2: 81%
- Group 3: 48%
- Group 4: 63%
You can check your building's status on the Benchmarking Compliance Status Report. In mid-July, DEP will be issuing notices of violation (to Groups 1 and 2) and notices of non-compliance (Groups 3 and 4) for all buildings that have not reported.
