English language flyer advertising my Public Safety Town Hall.
In today's special edition of my newsletter, I would like to extend to you an invitation to participate in my upcoming Public Safety Town Hall next Wednesday, March 22nd. This event is geared towards residents of District 2 who are concerned about safety issues in our community. I will be joined by representatives from the Montgomery County Police Department who will be available to answer your questions about public safety.
The event will be held at the Upcounty Regional Services Center located at 12900 Middlebrook Road, Germantown, MD 20874 from 7-8:30PM. Parking is located onsite and there are handicap spaces available. The following Ride On bus routes have stops located within walking distance of the Upcounty Regional Services Center: 61, 75, 83, 97. If you have any questions about how to get to the event or any accessibility related concerns, please reach out to my office.
Spanish language translation will be provided on site through a translator and headsets. If you require ASL interpretation, please contact my office to make the request by March 17th. This will allow us adequate time to ensure we will have someone onsite for interpretation services.
Public safety is a major issue in our community, and this is not going to be the only discussion we have on the topic. I am looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday. Please reach out to my team with any questions you may have.
