Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will deliver his 2021 “State of the County” prerecorded address at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 5.
This is County Executive Elrich’s second State of the County address and he selected the day because it is the anniversary of the County’s—and the State’s—first reported cases of COVID-19. The event will be simulcast on the County’s cable station County Cable Montgomery (CCM) and streamed via the County Facebook page.
