VACCINATION DISTRIBUTION 

Friends,

Montgomery County Health Department clinics are currently prioritizing our vaccination distribution for residents in Phase 1A, which includes first responders and frontline medical staff, and the first tier of Phase 1B, which includes residents 75 and older (see below).

Individuals in Phase 1B and 1C can now pre-register here to become eligible to get an appointment through the County's Department of Health and Human Services. The link you receive directly from the County about your appointment should come from - c19vaccination@montgomerycountymd.gov.

Also, hospitals are beginning to hold public clinics. These clinics operate under state rules - not county rules. Their registration is separate from the County’s system. These hospitals include:

• Suburban Hospital, a subsidiary of Johns Hopkins: Suburban Hospital is prioritizing existing patients in the Hopkins system. For vaccine registration, visit: www.hopkinsmedicine.org/coronavirus/covid-19-vaccine/

Hospital systems are responsible for vaccine administration to hospital-based healthcare workers. The CDC's Pharmacy Partnership is coordinating the distribution and administration of vaccination in congregant living facilities.

PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LINK DIRECTLY FROM MONTGOMERY COUNTY (c19vaccination@montgomerycountymd.gov), AND WHO COME TO A COUNTY VACCINATION CLINIC, WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
