Join Montgomery County’s Department of Permitting Services to learn about the new solar setback requirements in the 2018 International Residential Code. Meet Tyler Mosman, DPS’s senior engineer, who will be discussing Montgomery County’s interpretation of pathways as well as identifying common reasons residential solar plans are held up in permit review. Stick around after the presentation for a short Q&A session.

DPS has Moved! Customer Drop-Off in Wheaton

DPS Offices have moved. The new building is located at 2425 Reedie Drive across from the Westfield Wheaton Mall. DPS offices will remain closed to walk-in customers, the customer drop-off for documents and plans will be located on the 7^th

DPS offices will continue to follow the County’s Policy on re-opening and DPS Offices remain closed to the public.

Save the Date: DPS Small Business Forum on December 10, 2020.

DPS will host an open Forum for Small Businesses to come with questions and concerns.
