Annual Action Plan Draft Available For Review

The DRAFT CFY20 FFY19 Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan must be submitted for approval to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by August 16, 2019. The Plan serves as Montgomery County's application for CDBG, HOME and ESG funds for Fiscal Year 2020 (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020). The plan identifies specific uses for the annual funding allocations under these three programs.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments on the Plan and on the community development performance of Montgomery County. Hard copies of all Consolidated Plan materials are available for review at DHCA during normal business hours: 1401 Rockville Pike, Fourth Floor, Rockville, Maryland 20852. The Plan draft may also be reviewed at the Germantown, Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Rockville libraries. Written statements may be submitted until 4:30 PM, June 21, 2019 and should be addressed to:
