Leggett to Discuss County’s Preparedness for the Winter Storm Season
Monday, October 29, 11 a.m.

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett will discuss the County’s readiness for the 2018-2019 winter snow season and summarize his administration’s snow removal accomplishments over the past 12 years. Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) Director Al Roshdieh will review the department’s comprehensive approach to winter storm operations and announce new initiatives.
MCDOT’s Highway Services Division Chief Richard Dorsey will discuss the department’s snow removal process and preview its latest snow removal equipment.
Note on Location: The event will be held outside the Depot salt barn, which is the last building at the end of Crabbs Branch Way. Snow removal equipment will be on display.
