Paper Shredding Event Update
Our first paper shredding and recycling event of the season is tomorrow, rain or shine! We will also have events in April, May and June. Share our paper shredding and recycling schedule with a friend: http://1.usa.gov/papershred

Montgomery College Rockville Campus
Parking Lot 13
51 Mannakee Street
Rockville, MD 20850
(Intersection of MD Route 355 and Mannakee Street)
8:00 am to 11:00 am
(All cars must be in line by 11:00 am)
This recycling event is free of charge and open to all residents. No businesses, please.
All paper will be shredded on-site. To ensure the safety of all participants and maintain traffic flow, residents will not be able to watch the paper being shredded during the event. We ask for your cooperation.
Residents can bring up to 5 paper bags or cardboard boxes of personal confidential papers for shredding (financial and legal documents, receipts, and tax and medical records)
Have papers with staples or paper clips, or envelopes with plastic windows? No problem! We accept them.
Please do not bring the following materials:
- electronics or multi media materials (DVDs, CDs, tapes, hard drives, or computer disks)
- batteries, flammables, combustibles, binders, or hanging files
- plastic bags or credit cards

Help test our website
We have monthly sessions to find and fix problems on, or simply to improve, our website. We ask participants to perform a few tasks on the site. Then, we roll up our sleeves, and apply what we have learned. We hold these sessions remotely -- all you need is a computer, internet access, and about a half hour of time.
