Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Reminder

The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) is providing this notice to remind patients and businesses that State and MMCC COVID-related restrictions remain in place. As the number of cases and hospitalizations continue to rise in Maryland and across the country, it is important that all members of the Maryland medical cannabis community follow established health and safety protocols.

Protecting the health and safety of medical cannabis patients and employees is paramount to the MMCC. To this end, the MMCC issued a series of bulletins (listed below). Each of these bulletins remain in effect until further notice.
