Please join us on Thursday, February 1, for the 2018 Maryland Preservation Awards, celebrating ten outstanding people and projects for their extraordinary efforts to preserve and enhance historic places. Presented annually by the Maryland Historical Trust Board of Trustees, the Maryland Preservation Awards are the highest level of recognition for historic preservation, heritage education and community development projects in the state. The hour-long ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm in the Miller Senate Office Building in Annapolis.
Following the ceremony, mix and mingle with awardees and fellow preservationists at a special reception sponsored by the Maryland Historical Trust Board of Trustees and Preservation Maryland.
This event is FREE and open to the public, but space is limited. Advance registration is required. The deadline to register is January 24, 2018.
