URGENT NEED FOR WHEELCHAIRS STATEWIDE to assist COVID-19 Vaccination Sites

To Our Valued Caregiving Institutions,

The Maryland Department of Aging's Durable Medical Equipment Re-Use program has an URGENT NEED FOR WHEELCHAIRS STATEWIDE to assist COVID-19 vaccination sites.

Please notify our DME program if you have any available wheelchairs so we may sanitize, repair, and distribute them to assist with the mobility needs at vaccination sites. We are also accepting donations of other types of durable medical equipment listed in the flyer below. Thank you in advance for your tremendous contributions to the pandemic issues.
