Greenbelt Community Development Corporation Hosted Annual Meeting

On Saturday, June 22nd, the Greenbelt Community Development Corporation (GCDC) hosted their annual meeting at the Community Center in Historic Old Greenbelt. Attendees learned about the proposed Beltway Plaza redevelopment project and had the chance to view plans using virtual reality headsets. The presentation was delivered by Alex Villegas from Rodgers Consulting. He was accompanied by Matthew Tedesco from McNamee Hosea and Kap Kapastin from Quantum Companies, Beltway Plaza's management company. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear from Chuck Davis from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing about proposed plans to relocate their facility outside of DC.
