ArcGIS Online for Maryland Login Process

Dear ArcGIS Online for Maryland user,

Esri has recently updated their login page for ArcGIS Online.  Please see below as a reference for the appropriate login process.

Enterprise Login

Enterprise logins are only available to maryland.gov users.  This includes @maryland.gov email accounts.  This does not include agencies that have a subdomain of maryland.gov (e.g. mdot.maryland.gov, mta.maryland.gov, mcac.maryland.gov).

Using the Enterprise option will look like the image below:

Once you click on the blue Connect.md.gov ArcGIS Online for Maryland button, you will be redirected to the connect.md.gov single sign on portal.  This portal provides access to all single sign on applications, such as Google Apps Suite, the Maryland Open Data portal, and ServiceNow.  Enterprise users may also access ArcGIS Online for Maryland directly from the connect.md.gov portal.

If you receive an "Invalid Group" error, you may be using the wrong login method.  Please try the ArcGIS Login process below.

ArcGIS Login

ArcGIS logins are for use by all non-maryland.gov agency employees and contractors.

Using the ArcGIS option will look like the image below:

Please use the username and password provided to you from the initial registration of your account.
