Feb. 6, 20: De-stress and Energize Indoor Park Yoga 
5:15 p.m. at Hawks Nest

Unwind and join Yogafit instructor Samantha for an energizing yoga practice. Bring a mat or borrow one of ours (first come, first served).

Feb. 13, 27: HIIT
5:15 p.m. at Hawks Nest

Change up your workouts with this 45-minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) course instructed by health coach, educator and personal trainer Carey Moffatt. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate as each move can be adjusted to individual needs.
