The State of Maryland is currently under a State of Emergency. Many of you have had questions regarding what can and cannot be done with your licenses during this time. Earlier this week, Governor Hogan signed an Executive Order regarding health care matters, which can be found here: https://governor.maryland.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Executive-Order-Health-Care-Matters.pdf . In addition, an expanded telehealth bill (HB448) has been passed and should be signed by the Governor soon.

Please be advised that neither the Board nor its staff is authorized to provide legal advice, statutory interpretation, or interpretation of Executive Orders. The Board urges you to stay updated by checking https://coronavirus.maryland.gov. If you have further concerns, you should contact an attorney.
