All license applications are now available for completion online. This includes applications for initial licenses, temporary licenses, renewals, reinstatements and reactivations. Since supporting documentation for applications is requested to be submitted to the Board office electronically, the following changes have been made:

• Moral character forms are no longer required.
• Applications no longer need to be notarized.
• Proof of licensure from other states and countries and certification from NBCOT may be uploaded by the applicant to be included with the application.
• Certificates of completion for continuing education may be uploaded by the applicant to be included with the online application.
• The Jurisprudence Exam will be completed online as part of the application process.
• Credit card payments will be accepted online.
