This Advisory is an update to Advisory 268.

The Office of Pharmacy Services (OPS) will continue to allow Pharmacists to order COVID-19 test kits through December 31, 2029, due to the Twelfth amendment of the Declaration under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) for COVID-19 Medical Countermeasures.
