MDH: Advisory 267 COVID-19 Vaccine Reimbursement (2024 UPDATE)

This Advisory is an update to Advisory 252.

Effective November 1, 2024, the Office of Pharmacy Services (OPS) will only reimburse for FDA-
approved commercialized COVID-19 vaccines administered by pharmacy providers. Payment for the
ingredient cost will continue to follow COMAR 10.09.03.07. The incentive fee will continue to be
$40 for the administration of each dose of the vaccine and the Professional Dispensing Fee will be $0.
