Updates to LTSSMaryland
Update Model Waiver Case Management Activity Monthly Checklist Programs: Model Waiver (MW) MDH is making updates to the Model Waiver Activities and the Model Waiver Case Management Activity Monthly Checklist so that functionality more closely aligns with the needs and processes of the case management agency and MDH. This release will include updates to activity combinations that satisfy monthly checklist tasks and updates the due date calculation logic for monthly tasks that are due.
Accept Model Waiver Request for Info Letter from E&E Programs: Model Waiver (MW) and Department of Nursing Services (DONS) MDH is enhancing the existing connection between LTSSMaryland and the Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) system to start importing the Model Waiver Request for Information Letter that is generated by EDD. This will ensure that the appropriate users within Model Waiver are aware that the letter was sent to a participant.
Brain Injury Reporting Updates Programs: Brain Injury (BI) MDH is enhancing the existing Brain Injury reports in LTSSMaryland to allow the Brain Injury Association of Maryland to access and run the reports. There will also be minor updates made to the Brain Injury Waiver Interest Report to display information related to the participant’s current location and facility name, if applicable.
Update Fields in the CCS Individual Record Data Extract Programs: Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) MDH is enhancing the existing Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) Individual Record Data Extract to include the LTSS ID for all records, split the date/time for ‘WorkflowStatusLastModifiedTimestamp’ and add the time for when the individual record was created.
Add new Fields to the CCS PCP Data Extract Programs: Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) MDH is enhancing the existing CCS Person Centered Plan Data Extract to include the LTSS ID for all records, add the plan submission and clarification request information, split the date/time fields, and remove the time from the plan year start/end date columns.
Data Patch for Supports Intensity Scale Assessments Programs: Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) MDH is creating Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) assessments for participants whose assessments were not correctly linked to their profiles due to the connection between the SIS online system and LTSSMaryland being unavailable.
Update Auto Extend Feature in PCP for Self-Directed Participants Programs: Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) MDH is turning back on the Auto Extend functionality for DDA Person Centered Plans of Self-Directed Participants, which was initially turned off in the June 2023 release.
