Executive Order on COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting

Vaccination providers shall report to MDH within 24 hours.
Providers may be disciplined or they may be suspended or terminated from the COVID-19 vaccine plan.

2. MDH Amended Directive and Order Regarding Vaccination Matters

New Section 4 "Vaccine Allocation Priority"

Describes the "Southwest Airlines Boarding" system for vaccine priority; requires COVID-19 vaccine administration to be prioritized according to the State's requirements.
A provider that has excess doses of COVID-19 vaccine shall notify the local health department for potential reallocation to priority groups.
A provider's future vaccine allocation may be reduced if that provider/facility has not administered at least 75% of their total first dose allocation received to date.
