If you’re constructing a new building for your company or expanding the footprint of an existing one, we have a new business navigator to help you through the commercial development process. Whether it’s your first project in Harford County or you’ve done business with us before, our navigator will work with you from start to finish, serving as a liaison between your business and any county departments, state agencies and/or local governments involved in the project’s development. From permitting questions, facilities services needs or understanding potential tax credits, our navigator can answer questions, assist in mitigating issues and help keep a project on track. Contact our navigator, Shawn Krout, in the Office of Economic Development, at 410-638-3414 or slkrout@harfordcountymd.gov.
So we know how to better serve you, please take a few moments to complete our Business Input Survey. We greatly value your input.
