Carroll County Government Offices to Open at Noon on Thursday

Westminster, MD, Wednesday, February 5, 2025 – Due to the forecasted inclement weather, Carroll County Government Office Buildings and the Carroll Transit System will be opening at noon on Thursday, February 6th.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will open at 10:00am on Thursday.

Please use caution while navigating the roads on Thursday and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
