County Government Closed July 4^th

Westminster, MD, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 – Carroll County Government offices and services are closed in observance of Independence Day on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Normal business hours will resume on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will also close for the holiday and reopen on Wednesday with normal hours.
