MDOT SHA Planned Major Lane Closure Update

April 9, 2021

Real-Time travel conditions and live traffic cameras  md511.maryland.gov.

Carroll County

MD 27 (Manchester Road) between 482 (Hampstead Mexico Road) and MD 140 (Baltimore Boulevard) - Patching – Flagging operation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The project is expected to be complete by April.
MD 194 (Francis Scott Key Highway) between south of MD 77 (Middleburg Road) and Y Road - Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter - Flagging operation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The work is expected to be complete in April.

MD 86 (Lineboro Road) between MD 30 (Hanover Pike) and the Pennsylvania state line - Highway maintenance roadway patching and resurface – Single lane closure and flagging operation Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This project is expected to be complete in May.
