County Offices Closed in Observance of Good Friday

Westminster, MD, Monday, March 29, 2021 – Carroll County Government services are closed Friday, April 2, 2021 in observance of Good Friday. Regular hours will resume on Monday, April 5, 2021.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will be open Friday, April 2, 2021 with normal hours.
