TRAFFIC ALERT – Twin Arch Road

On or about Monday, August 31, 2020 Carroll County is beginning a Mill and Overlay project on Twin Arch Road between the Howard County line and Mt Airy Town line. Due to the narrow roadway in the area of the railroad structure, motorists may experience longer wait times during the flagging operations. The repairs are scheduled to be completed within 5 days, weather permitting.

Carroll County appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation with any travel delays or difficulties that this roadway construction project may result in. Please contact the Bureau of Engineering at (410) 386-2157 Option 1 for additional information or with any questions regarding this matter.
