Westminster, Thursday, November 7, 2019 - Commissioner Wantz spoke before the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce at Taneytown Public Library on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. The Chamber of Commerce held a breakfast in each district for a county commissioner to speak. The breakfasts are not only a great opportunity to network with local business leaders, but a chance to learn about current initiatives that the county commissioners are involved in.
