Aging & Disabilities Asks for Citizen Input on Future Services
Westminster, MD, Thursday, May 9, 2019 - The Carroll County Bureau of Aging & Disabilities invites citizens to attend two community meetings and provide input and recommendations for aging and disability services in the county.
The bureau recently conducted an Aging & Disabilities Community Survey for the development of the agency’s four-year Area Plan. The area plan identifies priority needs, goals, and objectives used by the Bureau of Aging & Disabilities to develop programs and services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
These community meetings will present information on current services, address priority needs identified through the recent survey, and ask for community feedback.
Meeting times and locations are as follows:
South Carroll Senior & Community Center 5928 Mineral Hill Road, Eldersburg Monday, May 13, 2019 12:30 pm
Westminster Senior & Community Center 125 Stoner Avenue, Westminster Wednesday, May 15, 2019 10:00 am
