Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities to Community-Based Living
Westminster, MD, Tuesday, October 2, 2018 - We are pleased to announce that the U.S Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded Carroll County Housing &
Community Development additional funding of $184,296 to provide permanent
affordable housing to non-elderly persons (ages 18-61) with disabilities.
Carroll County Housing and Community Development will receive funding for 22
new Mainstream Housing Choice Vouchers to assist residents transitioning from
nursing homes and other healthcare institutions into the community.
Carroll County Housing &
Community Development will begin accepting referrals at 8:00am on Monday
October 15, 2018 on a first come first serve basis. If you should have
