Westminster, March 27, 2018- The Board of County Commissioners are in session for the FY 19 Agency Budget Hearings. On board today are:

Board of Elections
Carroll Area Transit
Union Mills Homestead
The ARC of Carroll County
Carroll County State's Attorney's Office
Department of Public Works
